INSURANCE BILLING


Things get a bit tricky when dealing with insurances. We try to alleviate all the confusion. If you have selected to have us bill your insurance, here are the steps that you will go through:


*Select items and checkout - follow instructions and select "Bill My Insurance" when checking out.


*Welcome email - along with the "Welcome" email, there will be a word document to be completed by you that will contain your demographic information as well as your insurance information. The more information that you provide, the quicker we can verify your information and get you going.  You can bypass this by completing the "Insurance Information" form below.


*Once your insurance is verified - we will email you an "Estimate". Your estimate will include the price that we will be billing (List Price) your insurance along with the "Estimated" insurance discount. We will also inform you on your "Estimated" insurance payment, leaving a patient balance for you to pay.  **Remember that your insurance carrier is the ones who set their prices, which may be more then what is advertised on this site.​ Our goal is to provide you the best "out of pocket" deal, with or without your insurance.


*Verify and approve your "Estimate" - this will let us know that you approve of the charges. You will then receive an automated "Retainer" invoice for you to pay in a separate email. This should happen within seconds of your approval.


*Open and pay your "Retainer" - once paid, your supplies will ship out to you within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) on all "in stock" items.  You will also receive an email notification of shipment when your items ship out.


*Once established - you will receive a monthly "Estimate" for your consideration.


This is not an all inclusive process, as we also need to obtain your prescription from your treating provider as well as obtain your qualifying sleep study. If you currently have these items in your possession, you may include them in the return email with your demographic and insurance information, or by uploading them through our "insurance information" form below. Attaching a copy of your current Drivers License and insurance Cards are also helpful.
